Jean-Pierre Robinot L’Ange Vin Cuvée Charme 2023 is a dry white wine made from 100% Chenin Blanc grown on the “Charme” vineyard, a parcel of vines over 40 years old planted in chalky soils. The grapes are hand-harvested and pressed directly into old oak barrels, where spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts takes place. Jean-Pierre Robinot L’Ange Vin Cuvée Charme 2023 is then aged on its lees for approximately 14 to 15 months in the same barrels, bottled unfined and unfiltered, with no added sulfur.
