Jean-Pierre Robinot L’Ange Vin Le Regard is a natural red wine from the Loire Valley, France, crafted from Pineau d’Aunis grapes. The grapes are hand-harvested from 30-year-old vines cultivated in clay and limestone soils. Whole bunches undergo fermentation for approximately three weeks, allowing for gentle extraction of flavors and tannins. The wine is aged for fifteen months in old barrels, and then bottled without fining, filtration, or added sulfur, preserving its natural character.
