Jean-Yves Péron I Vicini Nebbiolo 2022 is a dry red wine made by Jean-Yves Péron under his I Vicini négociant label, from 100% Nebbiolo sourced from organically farmed vineyards in Piedmont, Italy, through his grower partnerships with Paolo Angelino in Casale Monferrato and Giorgio Barbero in Asti. The grapes are whole-bunch fermented without destemming and undergo 3.5 months of maceration with regular pigeage before being aged in old neutral oak barrels for one year. Jean-Yves Péron I Vicini Nebbiolo 2022 is bottled without fining, filtration, or added sulfites under Vin de France.
