Description
I Vicini Réserve 18/19 is a natural red wine crafted by Jean-Yves Péron as part of his “I Vicini” project, which collaborates with organic growers in Piedmont, Italy. This cuvée is a blend of biodynamically farmed Pinot Noir and Barbera grapes from vineyards in Casale Monferrato. The Pinot Noir was harvested in 2018 and underwent a 15-day carbonic maceration, while the Barbera was harvested in 2019 and experienced a prolonged skin maceration. Both components were aged separately for 3–4 years before blending and bottling, resulting in a wine that reflects both varietal character and extended maturation.
