Description
Joan Rubió Ull de Llebre Tinto is bright and crunchy with red fruit on the nose. Good mid-palate with a savory finish, but the fruit is the star here. This is a dry red wine that goes well with all kinds of succulent dishes, such as Spanish tapas. If you serve it chilled it’s all good, but this wine is much more than a chillable red! 🙂
