Description
The Jazzy Juice concept emerged from a desire to create a vibrant and light-bodied red wine. They achieve this by adjusting the skin-to-juice ratio during fermentation. They primarily use direct pressing for most grapes, but also include some clusters and berries in the juice to infuse a bit of color and tannin. The 2021 blend combines 75% Pinot Noir (via reverse saignée), 15% Kerner, and 10% Pinot Gris. The result is a delightful and easy-drinking red wine that can be enjoyed at room temperature or lightly chilled. The Jazzy Juice label always pays homage to the dedicated harvest team, and the 2021 crew was truly exceptional.
