Description
2021 – Quercus is made from the organically-farmed garnacha. Built on a beautiful, freshly structured frame of black cherry, pomegranate, red currant, black berry with hints of spice, flower and wild herbs. Texture on the palate is light but comes back with a wallop of intense red berry fruits, spice and dry finish.
