The Pinot Noir component is vinified in three styles: carbonic maceration, rosé, and light red, then blended with the white varieties to enhance freshness and complexity. This natural wine is produced with minimal intervention, featuring spontaneous fermentation and a low total sulfur addition of 38 ppm. With an alcohol content of 11.5%, The Sauce is designed as a versatile, easy-drinking wine suitable for various occasions.
