This vibrant skin-contact wine blends equal parts Vermentino, Fiano, and Zibibbo, each variety fermented on skins for 5-14 days to build aromatic perfume and textural grip. Following gentle pressing, the wine ages in stainless steel and neutral oak with minimal sulfur additions. Created as a playful exploration of Australian terroir beyond their Gippsland base, this natural wine embodies their “drink-me-now” philosophy.
