With every sip, we are building a reference book. The Kno’logy 2016 Cabernet Sauvignon-Petit Verdot blend is an excellent object of exploration. Coming from the D’Oc region in the south of France where no irrigation is permitted, the vines had very little water in the summer and produced fruits that were highly concentrated to make a wine with a great mix brambly flavors subtly joined by soft red fruits. It’s a wine that we keep coming back to, learning more each time. And it is a hit with the judges—it took home a Silver medal and 89 points at the 2018 New World International Wine Competition and at the 2018 Critics Challenge Wine Competition!
