Knob Creek Single Barrel 25th Anniversary is a Barrel Strength (120–125 proof) limited allocation celebrating the brand’s 1992 inception. Released in 2017, this expression features hand-selected single barrels matured for 12 to 13 years in the center-cut of the distillery’s metal-clad rackhouses.
Bottled uncut and unfiltered, the spirit preserves a monumental structural integrity characterized by the signature Beam profile of toasted peanut and dark cocoa. The extended aging process amplifies the charred oak and leather notes, balanced by layers of vanilla frosting and caramelized sugar.
