From the winemaker: Our goal is to create a wine that is a balance of Old and New World in impression i.e., the fruit is deemphasized in the aroma, but the mouth is rich and flavorful without being too heavy. Refreshing acidity, fine-grain tannins, and layered flavors on the palate lead to a lengthy finish.
