Description
La Biancara Angiolino Maule Pico Orange 2020 is a dry orange wine made from 100% Garganega, hand-selected from three high-altitude vineyard crus — Monte di Mezzo, Faldeo, and Taibane — on the volcanic hills of Gambellara, Province of Vicenza, Veneto. The basalt and volcanic tufa soils at 490 to 980 feet elevation give the wine its characteristic mineral salinity. Angiolino Maule of La Biancara ferments spontaneously with indigenous yeasts, macerates on the skins for two to five days, and ages the wine for 12 months in large neutral oak casks. La Biancara Angiolino Maule Pico Orange 2020 is bottled without filtration and without added sulfites. Veneto IGT.
