Description
La Cattiva Running a Business Primitivo is a natural red wine made from 100% Primitivo grapes grown organically in Sammichele di Bari, Puglia, Italy. Created by a collective of former brewers including Leonardo, Alfredo, Paolo, Michele, Loreto, Manfredi, and Marianna, the wine undergoes 15 days of carbonic maceration in stainless steel tanks followed by six months of aging in stainless steel. Hand-harvested grapes are fermented spontaneously with indigenous yeasts. The wine is bottled unfined and unfiltered with minimal sulfites.
