Description
La Cofradía Catrina Edition Reposado Tequila is made from 100% estate-grown blue Weber agave in Jalisco, Mexico. After slow-roasting the agaves in traditional brick ovens and crushing them with a tahona wheel, the juice is distilled twice in small-batch copper pot stills. This Reposado is then aged in American oak barrels for several months, allowing gentle wood influence to develop balanced notes of vanilla, caramel, and toasted agave.
Aroma: Hints of spice and subtle citrus.
Palate: Light caramel and toasted oak.
Finish: Smooth, medium finish with a touch of minerality.
