La Dernière Goutte Tisane de Bois Tordu 2023 is a natural red wine produced by Cyrille Vuillod in the Beaujolais region of France under his La Dernière Goutte label. This wine is made from 100% Gamay grapes, grown organically on soils rich in pink granite, sand, clay, and silex. The wine undergoes carbonic maceration for about nine days, enhancing its fruity and vibrant character. After fermentation, it is aged six months in old oak barrels to bring out complexity and texture.
The 2023 vintage of Tisane de Bois Tordu offers a lively and fresh profile, with aromas of red berries, notably cherry, and a touch of minerality from the terroir.
