Description
La Morella Dolcetto is produced by Enio Ferretti in Colli Tortonesi, Piedmont, from organically farmed Dolcetto grapes. The vineyards are located between Carezzano and Paderna on limestone and clay soils rich in marl. La Morella has practiced organic farming since 1985. The wine undergoes spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts and ages in stainless steel tanks for five months. Bottled in spring following harvest, the wine receives no fining or filtration.
