Description
La Morella Nebbiolo Il Muretto NV is produced by Enio Ferretti in Colli Tortonesi, Piedmont, from organically farmed Nebbiolo grapes. La Morella has maintained organic farming practices since 1985. The vineyards grow on calcareous clay soils characteristic of the Colli Tortonesi region. The winemaking follows traditional methods with minimal intervention. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks to preserve the grape’s natural aromatics and flavors. No fining or filtration is applied.
