Description
La Sorga Brutal!!! Red 2023 is a zero-zero natural wine crafted by Antony Tortul in the Languedoc region of southern France. La Sorga Brutal!!! Red 2023 is made from 95% Cinsault harvested from 67-year-old vines and 5% Muscat Blanc à Petits Grains from 12-year-old vines, both grown on schist soils in Cabrerolles within the Faugères appellation. Grapes are manually destemmed, macerated for 21 days, and fermented spontaneously with native yeasts. The wine ages nine months in sandstone vats before bottling without fining, filtration, or added sulfites.
