Description
La Sorga KukuYodel 2023 is a skin-contact orange wine crafted by Antony Tortul in the Languedoc region of southern France. This Vin de France bottling blends Terret Bourret (70%), Sauvignon Blanc (12%), Picpoul (8%), and Muscat d’Alexandrie (10%) from vines ranging from 10 to 41 years old, grown on clay-limestone soils near Marseillan. La Sorga KukuYodel 2023 is produced using a split vinification: Terret and Picpoul are direct-pressed, while Muscat and Sauvignon undergo 40 days of skin maceration. The blended wine ages six months on lees before bottling without fining, filtration, or added sulfites.
