Description
La Sorga Montjoie! 2023 is an orange wine made by Antony Tortul under his La Sorga label in the Languedoc, France. It is produced from 100% Bourboulenc, sourced from young vines on clay-limestone soils in Adissan in the Vallée de l’Hérault. Yields are low at 24 hectoliters per hectare. Grapes are destemmed and macerated for 60 days in sandstone jars, then aged in jar for 9 months. La Sorga Montjoie! 2023 is bottled without fining, filtration, or any additions.
