Laphroaig Cairdeas Cask Favourites 10 Year Scotch Whisky is the 2024 limited-edition release, exclusively for Friends of Laphroaig. This exceptional whisky, aged for a decade, blends the influences of the 2019 Triple Wood and 2021 PX Cask.
Tasting Notes:
- ABV: 52.4%
- Color: Rich, dark copper.
Nose: Brazil nut toffee brittle and vanilla custard mix with baking spices, chocolate-covered raisins, and spiced orange.
Palate: Rich, sweet oiliness with smoked orange toffee, stewed peaches, dried fruits, coffee, and liquorice root, all set against a campfire smokiness.
Finish: Long, slightly sweet and dry with lingering peppery peat smoke.
Serving: Best enjoyed neat or with a splash of water to reveal its complexity, perfect for special occasions.
