Appearance: The wine has a white gold colour with a fine sparkle.

Nose: The nose displays minerality and hints of citrus.

Palate: The wine is balanced and sustained with a finish that is fresh with notes of lemon.

Grape variety: 100% Chardonnay

Crus: Chardonnay from the Côte des Blancs (Avize, Cramant, Oiry, Chouilly) and from the Montagne de Reims (Tours-sur-Marne, Villers-Marmery, Rilly La Montagne).

Brut Nature: The grapes are strictly selected to retain only those that have both a high potential degree and a low acidity, allowing the wine to achieve the desired balance without the addition of any dosage.

Aging: 8 years
