Description
Le Coste Aleatico Le Primeur 2024 is a carbonic maceration red wine produced in Gradoli, northern Lazio, by the celebrated natural wine estate Le Coste. Winemakers Gianmarco Antonuzzi and Clémentine Bouveron craft Le Coste Aleatico Le Primeur from 100% Aleatico grapes grown on volcanic soils rich in iron and minerals near Lake Bolsena. The fruit comes from their “Le Spiaggette” vineyard. Grapes undergo approximately ten days of carbonic maceration, then are pressed to vats where fermentation completes and the wine rests until spring bottling—unfined, unfiltered, with no added sulfites. 12.5% alcohol.
