Description
Le Coste’s Pizzicante Rosso is an electrifying expression of natural winemaking. Made primarily from Greghetto (the local name for Sangiovese) with a mix of indigenous varieties like Ciliegiolo and Vaiano, it comes from volcanic soils near Lake Bolsena. Fermentation occurs spontaneously with native yeasts, followed by bottling before primary fermentation completes, creating a gentle, natural effervescence. Unfiltered and unfined, with minimal sulfur.
