Description
Les Abrigans Sir Abrigans 2021 is made from 60% Syrah with traditional maceration and 40% Grenache Noir using carbonic maceration, grown on schist soils near Villeneuve-les-Corbières in Languedoc. Created by Laura Lees and Arthur Joly, this natural wine estate works old vines without chemical inputs. The wine undergoes traditional vinification with wood aging, no fining, no filtration, and no added sulfites. The terroir consists of schist soils that provide excellent drainage and mineral complexity.
