Description
Les Athlètes du Vin Pineau d’Aunis 2024 is a dry red wine produced under the Les Athlètes du Vin label, a négociant project of the Loire Valley winemaker collective Vini Be Good. The wine is made from 100% organically farmed Pineau d’Aunis, sourced from vines between 50 and 120 years old planted on clay and limestone soils in the Touraine appellation. Grapes are hand-harvested and macerated for two weeks in stainless steel before aging for six months in concrete tanks on fine lees. Les Athlètes du Vin Pineau d’Aunis 2024 is bottled at 12% ABV with minimal sulfur additions.
