Description
Les Foulards Rouges La Soif du Mal Rosé is a natural wine from the Roussillon region in southern France, crafted by winemaker Jean-François Nicq. This rosé is a blend of Syrah and Carignan grapes, sourced from vines planted in arène granitique (decomposed granite) soils, which contribute to the wine’s minerality and freshness. Grapes are hand-harvested, and undergo direct pressing; the must undergoes fermentation at 15°C in tanks, with indigenous yeasts; the wine is aged for six months in five-year-old barrels, then bottled unfined and unfiltered.
