Les Frères Soulier La Clastre comes from a specific Syrah vineyard parcel in Saint-Hilaire-d’Ozilhan, Gard, planted by the brothers’ father on ancient limestone garrigue soils with dense clay veining. This natural wine undergoes direct pressing techniques with fermentation and aging in stainless steel tanks without temperature control. The brothers Guillaume and Charles practice biodynamic farming with no-till soil management, using their century-old vertical press for extraction. The wine receives no sulfur additions, filtration, or fining.
