Description
Les Frères Soulier Prime is crafted by brothers Guillaume and Charles Soulier from Cinsault and Clairette grapes grown on their 8-hectare estate in Saint Hilaire d’Ozilhan, Gard. The vineyards are planted on limestone scree hills and rolled pebbles in the Rhône Valley between Nîmes and Avignon. Using organic viticulture, the brothers work the soil with horses while sheep and goats naturally manage weeding. The wine undergoes minimal intervention winemaking with natural fermentation and light handling.
