Description
Les Frères Soulier Sans Titre is crafted by brothers Guillaume and Charles Soulier in Saint-Hilaire-d’Ozilhan, Gard, southern France. This natural wine comes from their 10-hectare estate featuring limestone soils and rolled pebbles. Made from estate-grown Syrah, Grenache, and Cinsault using biodynamic farming principles, the wine undergoes semi-carbonic maceration without pumping or mechanical intervention. Hand-pressed with their century-old vertical press, the wine ferments on gross lees and ages in old barrels without sulfur additions, fining, or filtration.
