Description
Les Petites Mises Sanguine Rouge is a natural red wine made by Nathalie Guillevic and Étienne Granier from 100% Carignan grapes in Quarante, Hérault, Languedoc. The grapes come from vines between 60 and 100 years old planted on fine, silty soils near the river over clay and limestone base. The grapes are destemmed and macerated on skins for 40 days in concrete vats before being pressed to 54-liter glass demijohns for 14 months of aging. No sulfites are added during production.
