Description
Les Tetes Tete Rouge is made from 90% Cabernet Franc and 10% Grolleau grapes grown in the Touraine region of the Loire Valley, France. The wine is produced by four friends – Nicolas, Philippe, Baptiste, and Vivien – from 25-year-old vines planted on sand and clay soils. Hand-harvested grapes undergo direct pressing followed by spontaneous fermentation in concrete tanks with indigenous yeasts. The wine is aged in concrete without fining or filtering, with minimal sulfur addition. This organic and biodynamic wine represents fresh, friendship-focused winemaking.
