Sourced from biodynamically farmed vineyards on calcareous clay and limestone soils, this pure Chenin undergoes spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in concrete tanks. The minimal intervention approach—no fining, no filtration, and extremely low sulfur additions—allows the limestone-rich terroir to shine through.
