The four friends behind Les Tètes—Nicolas Grosbois, Philippe Mesnier, Baptiste, and Vivien—personally manage harvest and vinification at the original estate. Grapes ferment spontaneously with indigenous yeasts in concrete tanks, maintaining their natural wine philosophy. After twelve months aging in concrete without oak influence, the wine undergoes light filtration with minimal sulfur additions at bottling, resulting in a pure expression of Merlot that challenges traditional Bordeaux winemaking conventions.
