Description
Les Valseuses Ai Du Poulsard is a natural red wine made by Antoine Le Court-Chedevergne and Julia Naar from 100% Poulsard grapes sourced in the Jura region. The grapes are destemmed and macerated on their skins for two months in concrete vats. The Jura terroir features limestone-rich soils with clay and marl deposits at elevations between 250-400 meters. Grown on south-facing slopes, the thin-skinned Poulsard grapes benefit from the continental climate. No sulfites are added during the production of Les Valseuses Ai Du Poulsard.
