Description
Les Valseuses Ashes to Ashes is crafted by Antoine Le Court-Chedevergne and Julia Naar at their Jura estate in Les Planches-près-Arbois. Made from very old Grenache vines grown on volcanic soils in Faugères, Languedoc, this négociant wine undergoes three months whole-cluster maceration before gentle pressing to fiberglass tanks. The grapes are sourced from organic and biodynamic vineyards, then transported to their 18th-century cellar for natural fermentation. No sulfur, fining, or filtration is used, with one year aging in tank before bottling.
