Les Valseuses Cade Meu Carnaval is a pétillant naturel crafted by Antoine Le Court-Chedevergne and Julia Naar from their historic 18th-century winery in Les Planches-près-Arbois, Jura. This colorful pet-nat blends Colombard and Bourboulenc from Languedoc, Chardonnay from Jura, and Cinsault and Mourvèdre from Provence. Using the méthode ancestrale with no sulfur additions, the wine ferments naturally in the bottle, creating natural effervescence through minimal intervention winemaking in centuries-old cellars.
