Description
Les Valseuses Fleur Tropicale is an orange wine made by Antoine Le Court-Chedevergne and Julia Naar from old vine Chardonnay grapes sourced in the Jura region. The winemaking process involves 30% direct pressing while 70% undergoes whole cluster maceration submerged in juice for 2.5 months, creating extended skin contact. The Jura terroir features limestone-rich soils with marl deposits at elevations between 250-400 meters. Grapes come from organic and biodynamic vineyards on south-facing slopes. No sulfites are added during natural winemaking production.
