Description
Les Valseuses Sinnerman is a natural wine crafted from 100% Carignan in the Luberon, part of the French Pre-Alps. The grapes are sourced organically, and winemakers Julia Naar and Antoine Le Court-Chedevergne employ whole-cluster maceration for ten months, followed by a short élevage. No sulfur is added, and the wine is bottled unfined and unfiltered. The extended maceration enhances the wine’s tannic structure while maintaining freshness.
