Description
Les Valseuses Sweet Florence is crafted by Antoine Le Court-Chedevergne and Julia Naar at their Jura estate in Les Planches-près-Arbois. Made from 100-year-old Carignan vines sourced from Lubéron, this natural wine undergoes partial pressing and hand destemming. The destemmed grapes infuse in juice for two months in open-top old wooden fermenters. After spontaneous fermentation, the wine ages for two additional years in old barrels before bottling. No sulfur, fining, or filtration.
