Description
Les Vins Pirouettes Pet-Nat de Fabrice is made from Sylvaner, Riesling, and Muscat grapes, grown organically and biodynamically in Alsace, France. The vines thrive on granite soils, which impart a unique mineral character to the wine. After hand-harvesting and sorting in the vineyard, the grapes undergo direct pressing. The wine is aged for 8 months in stainless steel tanks without filtration or added sulfites, creating a natural, expressive sparkling wine.
