Description
Lo&Re Dufaitre Beaujolais Nouveau 2025 is made from 100% Gamay grown organically in the Brouilly and Côte de Brouilly areas of Beaujolais. Rémi Dufaitre employs classic whole-bunch carbonic maceration in concrete tanks, carefully sorting grapes to avoid broken berries or rot. Carbon dioxide gas is added at the beginning of fermentation to protect the fruit, followed by spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts without temperature control. Lo&Re Dufaitre Beaujolais Nouveau 2025 is bottled quickly to preserve the fresh character of the vintage, with zero sulfur added.
