Luminara is an alcohol-removed Cabernet Sauvignon crafted from grapes grown in Napa Valley by Trinchero Family Wines. It is made using a proprietary de-alcoholization technology that retains the wine’s original aromas and flavors.
The wine has a rich character with bold aromas of black cherry, blackcurrant, and blackberry, as well as subtle notes of baking spice, smoke, and vanilla. It is smooth and balanced on the palate with well-integrated tannins, culminating in a long, lingering finish. The wine is also aged in French and American oak to add complexity and texture.
