The fifteen-year aging period in Speyside’s temperate warehouse environment allows the new-make spirit to transition from the vibrant citrus of the bourbon wood to the deeper, resonant spices of the European oak. This technical wood marriage is engineered to highlight a lighter, more floral character while maintaining the distillery’s signature viscosity. The final profile is characterized by a balance of chocolate orange, creamy vanilla, and a gentle, persistent oak finish.
