30-40 year old ungrafted bush vines on limestone, crystal gypsum, and clay. Aged 3-6 months on lees in steel tanks. Pale straw-yellow. Pronounced aromas of white peach, citrus (lemon, grapefruit), green apple, and subtle floral/herbal undertones. Medium-bodied with lively, high acidity, mineral-driven finish, and a light creamy texture from lees. 12% ABV
