Description
A playful skin-contact blend inspired by the “Mallsoft” music genre, created by Joe Swick through tasting and blending different lots in the cellar. Grapes come from organically farmed vineyards across Oregon’s Willamette Valley and Washington’s Columbia Valley. Each variety macerates on skins for 45 days, is foot-stomped daily, then pressed and aged in neutral French oak. Bottled with a minimal intervention approach, the wine reflects Swick’s philosophy of making raw, expressive wines with freshness and character.
