Matured for 10 months in a 50/50 split of Slavonian oak barrels and used French oak barriques. Bright purple-red. Dry and well-structured with aromas of red fruit (cherry, plum), hints of spices, and delicate vanilla from oak aging. It is known for its high, but balanced acidity, balanced by a full-bodied, persistent taste. 14% ABV
