Description
Margins Neutral Oak Hotel Red 2024 is a multi-varietal California blend crafted by winemaker Megan Bell. The wine combines 30% Grenache, 23% Chenin Blanc, 15% Pinot Noir, 15% Merlot, 8% Mourvèdre, 7% Cabernet Franc, and 2% Nebbiolo from organically farmed vineyards across San Benito County, Santa Cruz Mountains, and Clarksburg. Each variety is destemmed, fermented separately using native yeasts, and aged for 4-5 months in neutral oak barrels, except the Chenin Blanc which ages in a concrete egg. The wine is unfined and unfiltered with minimal sulfur additions at bottling.
