Description
The Margins Nebbiolo is produced in San Benito County, California, from organic vineyards in this lesser-known but promising region. Winemaker Megan Bell focuses on low-intervention practices, allowing the grapes to express the terroir’s unique characteristics. The Nebbiolo grapes are fermented with native yeasts, and the Wine is bottled unfiltered with minimal sulfur use. San Benito’s climate and soils impart bright acidity and complexity to the Wine.
